Taking the 1st Step

How often have you been motivated to make a change in your life?  How many times have you promised yourself that you will lose weight, go back to school, save more money... the list goes on and on.  Hearing messages from a motivational speaker is not going to help you make good on all of those promises.  Being motivated is the EASY part!  The hard part is being dedicated to making those changes!  When the going gets tough, you focus on the commitment you made to yourself to accomplish those feats.  Life does not have a remote control; you have to change it yourself.  Work with me in "Taking the 1st Step" to make your dreams a reality.
